ChatAE is priced to be accessible to all sellers from individuals to teams. Paid plans start at just $29/month, along with custom Team and Enterprise plans.

Does ChatAE price based on credits?

Sort of-but also, not quite. We use a credits-like system for counting usage, but instead of counting usage for each action, our Insights metrics means usage is only counted when valuable research is actually returned. We hope this helps ensure our usage tiers pricing reflect value, not just activity, and avoids penalizing users for raw usage.

What is an Insight?

An Insight is a piece of intel generated by ChatAE in response to a Custom Trigger or research prompt. It is the primary usage metric for ChatAE.

Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?

No, you do not need to enter your credit card info to sign up. You can sign up for free and upgrade at any time.

What happens after my free trial?

After the 14 day free trial, your access will be limited. If you choose to continue using ChatAE, you will be required to enter your payment information to continue using the product.

Do you train your LLM on my data?
